I don't like the damage values and hit capacity of the TNE rule.
People (characters and NPCs -- I make no difference between them)
are nearly imune to damage. I would suggest the following rule
change I'm currently playtesting

 Head: 6+CON/2
 Chest: 12+(STR+CON)/2
 Other: 6+(STR+CON)/2

Round all fraction down. This reduces the extrem value for very low
or very high CON (one character in my party as CON 2, another CON 10)
and reduces the hit capacity to values where a good gun shot can kill
a person. (As I feel is realistic) I think changing hit capacity
instead of all damage values is less work and less rule-critical.

I would like to hear your comments.
bye.

After calculating the number of lots, you have to roll for lot size.
TNE rules say 1D6+10 or 1D6+5. My old rules however say 1D6_x_10 and
1D6x5. What's correct?

bye.

Less work than changing *either* the damage values or the hit capacity:

JUST CHANGE THE KIND OF DICE YOU ROLL FOR DAMAGE.

My GM uses D10s instead of D6s. I just hope he doesn't use them on ME.
